My name, image, likeness, voice, and personal brand are my intellectual property. Any use requires my prior written permission.

What This Covers

Photographs, video, or audio of me
My name or likeness in promotional, editorial, or commercial materials
AI-generated, synthetic, or manipulated representations of me
Screenshots, clips, or excerpts from my public appearances, talks, or content

Not Permitted Without Written Agreement

Using my image or likeness to promote, advertise, or endorse any product, service, or organization
Creating AI-generated, deepfake, or synthetic media using my likeness
Altering, distorting, or manipulating my image in any way
Implying my endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without authorization
Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing my image

Generally Permitted

Sharing my original public posts with proper attribution (standard social media resharing)
Journalistic or editorial use with accurate context and attribution
Personal, non-commercial use that does not imply endorsement

To Request Permission

If you'd like to use my name, image, or likeness, reach out first:

Please include:

  1. Who you are and your organization
  2. What you want to use (specific image, video, etc.)
  3. Where and how it will be used
  4. Duration of use
  5. Whether compensation is involved

I review all requests and will respond with either approval, terms, or a formal NIL license agreement.

Enforcement

Unauthorized use of my name, image, or likeness may result in:

  • Takedown and removal requests
  • DMCA and platform-specific IP complaints
  • Legal action for damages

This policy is effective as of March 2026 and applies to all uses going forward. Previously authorized uses are not affected unless their terms have expired.
